For better collaboration within team, cross functional meetings are conducted vertical-wise and Company-wide. Improved communication between teams and the various groups of people, helps to align the work to achieve the company’s mission.

As a Kaizen initiative, we motivate our staff to share their feedback / suggestions via the internal tools for assessment. On validation of the suggestions, we work to make incremental improvements to expedite a substantial change over the course of few days or weeks. Hereby we strive to improve quality, eliminate waste, save time and reduce costs.
