Role Overview
This role will own the end-to-end OEM acquisition lifecycle — from identifying and engaging OEMs to driving pilots, managing technical-commercial discussions, and closing long-term OEM partnerships. You will work closely with OEM R&D, production, procurement, and leadership teams, along with Trinetra’s internal Product and Engineering teams.Key Responsibilities
OEM Lead Generation & Acquisition- Identify and on-board Vehicle OEMs,EV OEMs, Body Builders, and Industrial Equipment OEMs
- Build and manage a strong OEM sales pipeline across Fleet & IoT asset segments
- Drive OEM partnerships for embedded telematics, FMS, and IoT solutions
- Own the 3–4 month OEM engagement lifecycle
- Engage with:
- OEM R&D / Engineering teams for solution alignment
- Production & Manufacturing teams for deployment readiness
- Senior Management / Procurement for commercial closure
- Drive POCs, pilots, and technical evaluations
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Pre-Sales teams
- Translate OEM requirements into technical & commercial proposals
- Support OEM integrations, certifications, and scale deployments
- Lead pricing, negotiations, contracts, and partnership structures
- Build long-term OEM relationships (preferred vendor, bundled offerings, co-branded solutions)
- Track revenue, pipeline, and closure forecasts
- Track OEM, EV, and Industrial IoT market trends
- Identify opportunities for embedded intelligence & asset digitization
- Contribute to OEM-led GTM strategies
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have- 5+ years experience in OEM Sales / Business Development / Partnerships
- Strong exposure to Automotive OEMs, Fleet OEMs, or Industrial Equipment OEMs
- Good understanding of Telematics, Fleet Management Systems, or IoT platforms
- Experience handling long sales cycles & multi-stakeholder OEM deals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with EV OEMs, Construction Equipment, Material Handling, Cranes
- Knowledge of GPS, CAN, sensors, embedded systems, cloud IoT
- Existing OEM relationships in India
- Work on high-impact OEM partnerships
- Exposure across Automotive + Industrial IoT
- Strong product-market fit and OEM traction
- High ownership and visibility role
