Newly hired staff undergo one-on-one mentoring program to ensure productivity, quality standards in the respective functional role, improve leadership qualities and a diversity of skills that they require to advance their career. We measure and monitor the newly inducted for performance. We collect regular feedback & give work assignments that can showcase their performance and also identify their readiness to take up greater responsibilities.

Appraisal method allows employees to submit their achievements / contributions suggestions way forward and from other end the expectations further to reach towards the respective Vertical’s goal.
