We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Vertical and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various sources of recruiting (naukri, careers portal, SMO platforms, employee referral), planning interview and selection procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Intern’s are also welcome)
CTC: 10,000/- to 15,000/-
Work Location: Coimbatore / WFO
What we are looking for?
- Relevant minimum work experience of 1 Year in IT Industry / handling technical recruitment
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- U.G, BSc in Computer Science (preferable) / any other stream is fine. & P.G. Human Resources Management or IT / any other relevant field.
- Source potential candidates through different sources.
- Track & report daily/weekly progress across different Verticals resource requirement.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person / remote interviews along with hiring team/vertical.
- Design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements to make JDs live in Careers & other online platforms working with the Digital Team.
- Coordinate on employer branding initiatives along with HR Manager
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
