Birthdays are special and a celebration for individuals. The HR team sends Birthday wishes through an email and let the whole team get to know of the special day of the staff and let the team, friends & co-workers to celebrate the occasion in their own way and with fun.

The Informal Meetings are an opportunity for employees to contribute to the meeting session in an appropriate manner. This program helps employees to builds trust and promotes cohesiveness. also to network spontaneously and roll out new ideas that encourage collaboration and fosters forward-thinking.
